MN MODEL MN82S rear axle upgrade: metal leaf spring to lower arm

In the rear axle system of Mangniu MN82 and MN82S, the originally designed metal leaf springs often have problems due to deformation and bending after a period of use. In addition, the original leaf springs also have a large clearance. In order to solve these problems, we designed a new lower arm blade arm to provide higher integrity and strength. This design is not only the same as the original travel, but also does not deform and has no clearance, thus providing a better foundation for subsequent metal hydraulic shock absorber modification.

The design of this lower arm blade arm has been 3D printed and modified many times, and finally achieved a perfect match. All the holes are exactly the same as the original parts, and the installation can be completed by tightening the screws. After actual testing, the effect is satisfactory, and the jumping feeling caused by the original leaf spring is effectively avoided.
